Is there any updated information? I have been in heavy contact with them and am looking at taking their RN-BSN program. I work with a GCU grad and she has nothing but positive things to say, but I want more opinions. ?
Any pro's and cons? Thankfully the only class I'm missing is stats and that is offered in the actual BSN program. I'm a bit nervous as my algebra skills are way old. If anyone took this class, do you have any advice?
just an FYI I'm in my 9th class of this program and I have an instructor that i dont like so much for nursing leadership & management. she would be one of the NOT RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTORS. so if your coming up to this class PM me and ill give you her info! anyways i start week 5 on monday so im almost done with her. and i start week 1 of patho on monday as well. 3 classes to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Would you mind sending me a PM? Glad you are almost done with that class. I'm in the middle of nursing research at the moment.
I am thinking of planning Stats to fall before and after Christmas so I have those two weeks off. Does anyone have any thoughts?
Just a thought, in kindness, you all do so very very well. I would not worry about a B! Or even lower from time to time. If you are an older learner like me (I know I am not to say old!!), but it is true. Once can miss the point or just not nail it, you know?
Has our guy ever presented again who thinks GCU in at the bottom of the Grand Canyon? I still laugh about that... and picture you and now me riding down. I picture needing Advil and probably IV's from the heat. I ache without riding on a donkey, so good thing it isn't true... I wouldn't make it!
She asked me if I wanted to redo via message but I really don't have time to redo a paper and begin a paper for the new week. It's not even worth it!!!! In week 5 now of nursing leadership and management and in week 1 of patho. Lord I will tell you that I was with an instructor for patho that had major red flags guys! I mean MAJOR! she said she would take off 75% of your points of you did not cite corrected and If you didnt reference correctly as well. I called my advisor and she switched me to another instructor and this one looks wayyyyy better and more down to earth and realistic. So I have another name for the DO NOT TAKE INSTRUCTOR FOR PATHO. Message me with questions!

If I had the you-know-whats and I was in that class and didn't give a rip about my GPA, it would be fun to mess with that one. I'd like to write a public note in the QFI forum that says "How can you deduct 75% of a total paper's worth when the rubric clearly says the value for Research Citations is 3%?"
Wonder how many thumbs-up I'd get?

Spirituality made me happy to get a possible B, because I figured I was never going to see an A. I did eventually earn an A, but it wasn't easy.
My husband told me to just let it go and accept a B, but it was going to be difficult.
