Grand Canyon RN-BSN

Published

Is there any updated information? I have been in heavy contact with them and am looking at taking their RN-BSN program. I work with a GCU grad and she has nothing but positive things to say, but I want more opinions. ?

Any pro's and cons? Thankfully the only class I'm missing is stats and that is offered in the actual BSN program. I'm a bit nervous as my algebra skills are way old. If anyone took this class, do you have any advice?

For all of you in stats, get as much done on your homework as possible using the links, sites listed by other ANer's, then use your Thinking Storm tab (on first page after sign in, before you enter classroom). It is a free service, and will guarantee you a throughly checked paper (100%).

I just handed in my paper due to spring fever! I will NOT be sitting out on the patio reading/doing homework this year! I will have my shades on and I will be sitting having absolutely nada on my brain but just whether I should pour another glass of lemonade...

What is "ANer's"

ANer's just refers to the people that should be doing their homework but are busy catching up on AllNurses website!!!! She suggests that after doing the homework from visiting all the sites we are posting for help in the stats area, that everyone should visit Thinking Storm for them to check our papers. I think it is a really good suggestion!!

Excellent idea! Going through the videos now for week 1. I think I have discovered an incredible side effect of stats videos = cure for insomnia!

I have the same problem, but it was a balmy 34*F here today with rain/snow. Tomorrow looks like a high of 46, massive "heatwave" for us right about now... Can't wait for spring and summer, sitting on our deck and doing homework!

I sat on my deck and watch my kids swim. it was a hard hard summer lol

The first week of doing nothing means you'll be wondering what you should be doing lol. took me about a month to realize I had no homework!

Yes, maybe. Maybe I am liking this too much, I am loving the Khan Academy videos!!! I have watched many of them more than once. I really want to get this down but like usual I think I am diving too deep into the material. So it interests me, something has to....

Loving the reflection paper in Trends, but I can see where a person can just sit back and enjoy the easy week. Until you look at week 4 (CLC and Legislature paper) and then the usual paper for week 5. On to week 4 so that I will have time to do PPT next week.

Glad I have the prof I do for Trends..best prof yet!! Actually have had real discussions for the 1st time, people thinking outside the box and not just agreeing on everything. has made it an enjoyable class. And so far the CLC is coming along

Looking for the Thinking Storm tab and not finding it. Signed in to and have tabs on left side, but none of them say Thinking Storm. Any suggestions?
