Is there any updated information? I have been in heavy contact with them and am looking at taking their RN-BSN program. I work with a GCU grad and she has nothing but positive things to say, but I want more opinions. ?
Any pro's and cons? Thankfully the only class I'm missing is stats and that is offered in the actual BSN program. I'm a bit nervous as my algebra skills are way old. If anyone took this class, do you have any advice?
Capstone is going to be my breaker. I'll wait as long as I need to. I'm going to try for the other 3, but want to get them over with so won't likely wait.
TIP for anyone planning to do this... I may have said this before, can't remember. I just did this, waited it out for the Primo Prof. It was 6 weeks out so I had to take an official leave of absence from the University. Here's the tip -- you have to request that LOA (and have it approved by whomever is the approver) BEFORRRRRRRE the end of the class you're in at the time. Like if you're scheduled for a new class-start on Monday, and here it is Friday, you can't just call up and say "I wanna take a few weeks off". The rule doesn't make any sense to me, but honestly, most rules don't. I admit thinking at the time "whattaya got an LOA denial team that comes to my house and makes me turn on my computer and answer DQs?" But I followed their rules, requested/submitted the LOA 2 weeks before the end of the class I was in at the time, and got my 6 weeks. Now with it starting 3/16, I'm wishing it was 12... *I'm*not*ready*
Beauty on Duty and I start on the 30th in the same class with the same instructor! I got to stop reading here because I am already getting nervous. Although I have noticed a trend that after that first week you all start talking about it happening, no more being scared.
Prism I did not know you had to wait 6 weeks, worth it though! I had to overlap the last week of Trends for it to happen or wait until an unknown amount of time, I wanted my summer off so here goes to seeing nothing but the computer screen for another few weeks. I am officially at day 53 today and counting.

I was told by my advisor one could not overlap with Capstone....I know others have done it, and even told her that and she insisted it could not be accomplished. Oh well, not overly concerned, I have a few profs that I think will be acceptable.
Hi all, I've been lurking here for quite some time. I've finally come to the conclusion that others may be able to help me pass this stats class! In my first week of class and I'm already overwhelmed! Any suggestions about how you got through it? Any good links to understand the content? Thanks in advance!

Don't forget GCU has free tutors as well.

Did you see the rules and regulations that she posts? She is very organized.
