Grand Canyon RN-BSN

Is there any updated information? I have been in heavy contact with them and am looking at taking their RN-BSN program. I work with a GCU grad and she has nothing but positive things to say, but I want more opinions. ?

Any pro's and cons? Thankfully the only class I'm missing is stats and that is offered in the actual BSN program. I'm a bit nervous as my algebra skills are way old. If anyone took this class, do you have any advice?

Just switched my Leadership class start a week earlier than planned. Has anyone had A.M. For this class? PM would be appreciated if anyone has a heads up of what to expect

Leadership styles and how to effectively lead. It's dry, but not too bad.

The groups have been posted for 24h now, and this instructor actually wants a Team Leader. We’re supposed to all introduce ourselves, what our strengths are, etc., and then we’re to VOTE on a TL and submit our recommendation to her. Did I mention it’s been 24h? Crickets. Not a peep. All 5 of us are playin’ possum. Let the games begin…

My own power points had vintage nursing pictures which scored well with the instructors. Even my capstone had them. The professor even sent me a pm telling me how much she enjoyed them :laugh:

Also, I'm 34 pages behind in this forum. i've got a lot to catch up on!

Something similar in my class that started Monday. CLC agreement due Sunday and nothing from anyone yet. Funny thing is there are only a few discussion posts as of yet. Hard to respond to the same two people over and over..... I want to be done by turkeyday...carving_the_turkey-2006.gif

I do like that forum of actually voting, might be better on you to be TL due to that. I'm thinking this teacher isn't going to take any guff.

I just realized the ones for Spirituality are the same! Grrr! The thing of it is that if you do not do them they are worth a whole grade deduction, who does the math???
