Grady RN Residency - Summer 2020

Hi everyone! Is anyone else in the process of applying to Grady Memorial’s RN residency program that’s set to start this August?

I may be impatient (?!) but I applied a little over a week ago and have yet to hear back.

Has anyone heard anything back? Or for anyone who went through the process for Winter 2020, how long did it take you to hear back?

That sounds good then. That lets me know they passed me up as a candidate, which is OK! I can always try again in the future! Thank you! Hopefully a spot opens up with time and you get in.

So has anyone received an official offer?

I know some people said they called back about the 15 minute interview to discuss the results of their interview, but from my understanding no one has actually said they were contacted and told “Congratulations, we would like to extend an offer for... [blah blah blah]!”

Someone in my class got an offer to the ED. So happy for him

Did he receive the offer today? & did anyone else on the forum interview for ED ? I did & haven’t been emailed anything ?

I'm in the same boat as you, interviewed for the ED and haven't gotten any emails. Did you interview on the 24th? I interviewed later on the 27th and am aware that there were more interviews on the 31st and April 1st so I'm wondering if they're still deciding.. Fingers crossed for the both of us!

I interviewed on the 24th. My interviewer did tell me there were more interviews to do after the 24th so she couldn’t give me a specific date on when we would hear back from them. Fingers crossed! I’m so anxious to know, constantly checking my email?

Ummmmmmm LOL?! I just received an email stating that I did not receive an offer for the Emergency Department? I mean, thank goodness??? Because I never applied, nor interviewed with them??? LOL. Can someone tell me if this was a total mistake and just a mass message for everyone?

I am so confused LOL.

They emailed me with an offer for the ED but I did interview for that position LOL. It’s probably just a mistake. It seems like they’re sending out offers/denials now.
