Hey guys,

Long time no see! I also was able to register without problems. Congrats yayaccepted :yeah: !

I'm still wishing the best for those still waiting.

Hi all, congrats to those of you who have been accepted. I'm so excited about the fall!

According to the PINS review uLearn site there are 60 people registered. This includes instructors (I think there are at least 2). I'm not sure what the cap is on the program, but surely it's more than 60! Good luck to thos of you still waiting. I'm keep my fingers crossed for you!

Thank you! I have not registered yet, by the way. Anyone else hear any good news? Waiting to send out some more CONGRATS;)

Is anyone else transferring in fr a diff school...I am really depending on Hope 4 additional fin aid but my grades won't be posted & avail til 18th of May so transcripts for grades won't be delivered until after that. I know the deadline for payment for summer classes is May 10th. I should b getting Pell for the Summer but I don't think it will cover everything. Anybody in the same boat or have any ideas???

I'm transferring in from a different school. My final grades aren't posted either, but I called financial aid and they told me to go the the GAcollege411 site and fill out for Hope for GSU, and financial aid sent me another letter for the Hope that I had to send back to them. You're going to go to GSU in the summer?

Yes, summer because I have to take those 2 classes Nurs2010 & HHS 3000 or 3300 and a Global Issues class...not sure what that Global issues class is. O.K. I will double check if I did that already or not, on GACollege 411. I'm still stuck btw GSU and Emory though...the stress is killing me

Hey guys i might be transferring to Georgia State for the fall..... i just recently turned in my application it is being reviewed, i am concerned that i might not get the classes i need so i can apply for their spring semester for nursing. Is it difficult to get spots in classes at GSU? I know students are registering now for fal, it is making me nervous. Also once i am accepted can i start registering for classes right away......??? thx so much

Also you have to apply for hope seperately i thought it goes along when you do your fafsa??

Nope, it doesn't. You have to go to georgiacollege411.org and fill out an application, and also, if you're transferring, either get a form from financial aid's office or have them email it to you (they don't have it on their website). I thought mine would automatically transfer over since I'm currently in a school in Georgia, but it doesn't.

No, it's not difficult to get a spot. I'm going to be a freshman at GSU and I signed up for the first freshman orientation in June. We're freshman so we get the last choice in classes but there's still a lot of room left so i'm not worried at all.

I think if your transferring you have to do that Incept orientation (i'm not completely sure though) & watch that video where it shows you how to register. Then you can start picking your classes.

Thx soooooo much
