    We have to wear white pants. I put on pantyhose under them - and no line is visible. A pair of tennis socks come over the pantyhose to avoid showing nylon feet in my open toed shoes.

    I worked with a gal who wore beige thongs... didn't work out too well. You could see the shadow of the underwear in front but since you couldn't see it in back it made it look like she was nude and had dark pubic hair. Not a good look.

    Patients don't (or most probably won't care). Butt, Nude or tan does work and try a boycut boxerish style. There was a gal in nursing school who wore polka-dotted or flowered or striped undies with her white pants. You could even see the floral details, etc. It was funny but really not a big deal, at least I don't think.
