Congratulations! and Good luck! Keep us posted.
Lots of jobs are not posted on the Internet. Most of the time, jobs are not "officially posted" until after the person currently in the position have actually left and the position is officially empty. Many times, managers are keeping their eyes open for possible replacements ahead of time.
A manager may be thinking at this time of year ... "I don't have any vacancies today and nothing is posted. However, I know that by mid-summer, a few of my current staff will leave. So, if a terrific candidate comes in this Spring looking for a job starting in the Summer, I would be interested in talking with them and maybe offering them the job."
So, don't be afraid to let them know about your interests.

Thanks for the support!! I just feel like I'm so out of practice with inteviewing. I did a search on here last night and started to gather information about interviewing. Although I landed the first LVN job I interviewed for a few years back...it was the strangest, most informal interview I've ever been to!!!
Jennerizer, the interview is in mid-April. Of course I will let you know how it goes!!!
Thanks again!
GOOD LUCK with your interview if this is something you really want I hope you get it. I had my first interview too and I was really impressed but I have decided that I am not going to go for a second interview after thinking about it all weekend. I just wanted to look around and get my first interview done because I was really wanting to know what the interviews are like in general.
As far as jobs online, they don't post all jobs online. Many jobs they offer for new grads are not posted online and many hospitals do not have people to update their websites on a regular basis unless you see the dates it was last update on the site.

I took some of your advice and set up my first interview! I'm moving to IL right after graduation so I'm a bit nervous. I e-mailed two hospitals both of them e-mailed me back asking if I'd be in the area before the move. SOOOOOO I took the plunge, bought a plane ticket for spring break, e-mailed them back and already have a confirmed interview!!!!
WAHOOO!!!! Of course, this hospital is the one that I really, really want to work at. It has a great reputation with a low turn-over rate, etc. When I went to their website tonight they didn't have many job listings....but the nurse recruiter really seemed like she was trying to sell me already on their benefits, etc.
Are all jobs not posted on the internet????
On cloud nine,
