I do not know you and yet you touched my life. You touched so many lives by giving of yourself. As we continue to praise your good deeds while here on earth, may the Angels guide and guard you across the beautiful river to God's bossom. Rest eternal friend.

I too just finished my finals and first year of the nursing program and was very sad to hear this. She has been a mentor to many nursing students and her posts were very insightful. She will be missed from all allnurses members. I will pray for her family to find peace in this loss.

oh, what a truly sad surprise. as a graduating nursing student i have counted on her posts to explain and teach so many different topics, and even if i wasn't looking for anything in particular if i saw her name i knew i would be interested and informed. what a genuine loss for all of us! God certainly blessed us with her generosity, may He continue to bless all those she left behind with His peace and comfort.

So sad to hear this. She was instrumental in helping so many of us nursing students survive and navigate the treacherous road of nursing school. She gave wonderful insight into the critical thinking ways that a seasoned nurse develops over time. More than once she gave me another way to look at a situation. I celebrate her life and send prayers to her family. :redpinkhe

oh my!!! I can't believe this! I loved Daytonite's posts. She was so inspiring, so intelligent, and gave great advice and helped so many of us out. I had no idea that she was sick. I hate that...but I believe she will go to a special place. My condolences to all her family and friends. I'm still in shock.

    Hi Everyone,

Even though I never physically met Daytonite, her help and support on Allnurses made you feel like you knew her.

I wanted to express my thanks to her and extend my deepest sympathy to her family and friends by making this graphic.

Trust me, I'm no graphic expert, but I do enjoy trying in my spare!
    (I'll stick to Nursing though!)

Anyway, rest in peace Daytonite, you will be greatly missed.
