Dr Hui (pronounced "Wee") was a urologist whose wife, a nurse, worked as his office manager. Her name was Pi (pronounced "Pee"). Nurse Cox worked for a different team.
Chris Feely always favoured complementary therapies - especially therapeutic massage, while Nurse Fang was more at home with Cosmetic Surgery.
Ed worked with a nun who's last name was Fuchs. He did not know how to pronounce her name - so he asked. And he wanted to die.
Mary Slaughter could never get a post on the Surgical Unit, and Nurse Cutts was never the 'First Pick' Midwife.
Sharon Ward - when she gets promoted - will be Sr. Ward.

I know an orthopod named Bonebrake and a general surgeon named Butcher. Also, a veterinarian named Katz and another named Byrd. :roll Oh, and a chiropractor named Bones.
There is a car mechanic named Goodbrake. :chuckle And an air conditioner repairman named Kool.

Dr Butts (Also a Surgeon, but he needs to go into Proctology with Dr Heine)
Dr Ruth (Internal Medicine, but you should hear the jokes he gets)

As for patient names, there are just too many funny ones to name but a couple of my permanent favorites are Harry Peters and Harley Wrigglesworth. (The second name just cracks me up for some reason!) They've both been dead for years so I feel safe in naming those.
The x-ray department has a Radiologist come in who's name is Richard and his last name is Head. He prefers to be called Dick. No joke, I have seen his preliminaries come across my fax.
We have a Dr.Nutting in our area and you guessed it he is a urologist. We also have a Dr.McCracken who is a internal med doc. We also have a Dr.Raper who is a internal med doc. Funny to hear Dr.Raper paged overhead. We had a secretary who used to say "Raper is on the phone for whoever paged." We always had to remind her to use Dr. in front of his name so it didn't sound so bad. We also have on our floor now a Dr.Killu (Pronounced Ki-Lou). We have had many famlies comment on his name.

I graduated together with a Nurse. That was her last name. I always wonder about the scenarios she would have - "Hi, I'm Nurse Nurse. I'm going to be your Nurse, today". Or, "what is your name, Nurse? Nurse."
The name of the nurse that cared for my father in a nursing home is Nurse. She told me she is thinking of changing back to her maiden name. I asked her several times for her name I couldn't believe it.
