Not nurses....but I went to high school with a girl whose last name was Head and her father's name was Richard...yep he went by Dick Head. 100 % absolutely true.
Where I grew up in a small town in Illinois,the dentists were Dr. Kurt Gronner and Dr. Fillmore Ketola. I worked in Kansas with a Dr. Marvel who did hip replacements and our vetrinarian in Indiana was Dr. Bird. When I went to nursing school the head nurse in Pediatrics was Henry Love!
Years ago, I went to college with a woman, name of Nurse, who then went to nursing school and became, of course, Nurse Nurse. She then went on to avanced degrees, becoming, finally, Doctor Nurse.
Also had a little guy whose mother regularly brought him into the ER whose name was Albino Eddie xx. He sure wasn't albino! And a mother who brought her 10 month old in, and persisted in calling him just "Baby". I asked her what his name was, and she said "I don't know." "How are you related to this child?" "Oh, I'm his mom." "But you don't know his name?" "No, his father named him." Turned out the kid's name was Zlizard. I wouldn't have know it either!
Now we have a hospitalist whose name is Dr. Paraskiet, but he's always being paged as Dr. Parakeet.

We have a Nurse Hartless. Dr Oh and Dr Pi are partners in Gastroenterology Clinic. Dr. Sunshine is the local urologist,
