Nurses can specialize in rehab. I think the certification is CRRN (cert rehab RN).

I truly think ICU is the most fun. We have the best toys as the previous poster said.

Totally depends on you - I have zero desire to play with all the 'cool toys' in ICU.:)But I've had ICU nurses tell me they want nothing to do with jaundiced babies, which does not bother me at all.

It al totally depends on what you find enjoyable.

People look at me crazy-like when I list some of the patient types that I enjoy.
