I just turned in three of my four applications :uhoh3:, and I'm already sweating bullets! Just thought I would start a support thread for those of us impatiently awaiting results for the Spring of 2008.

I am astounded everyone, I received a second letter of acceptance today from my third choice school. WOO HOO!! Now I dont know which school to attend.

I took TEAS Test yesterday and got a high score! I hope it helps get me in. They say I should be hearing something soon. The waiting is killing me.. Im happy for all of you who got your letters. I know that is the best feeling. I'll keep looking through my mail.

Whoo Hoo!!!!!!!!! I got my acceptance letter this morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I checked the mail too early yesterday....so I checked again this morning just incase and THERE IT WAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm soooooo excited!!! Hubby is still in the bed so I haven't told him yet!!!!!!!!

I sent out 3 apps back in Sept./Oct. for the Spring 08 starts. I heard from Cabrillo College (sadly, I am #561 on their wait list).

I haven't heard yet from Sierra or Shasta Colleges. Has anyone heard from these two yet? Oddly, I had a dream last night that I got a "big" envelope/package in the mail from a nursing school, so maybe that's a good sign!

What are you all doing to bide your time? I am finishing up Intermediate Algebra (some CA colleges are going to start requiring this class in '09) and working part time in the local ED. I already have my AA degree, so I am taking next semester off; who knows what I'll do!

My prayers have been answered, and my dream has come true! I got accepted to my number one school today and got asked to come in for an interview for my number two school!! At first I was in school that I actually got into these schools, but then it hit me that I am on my way to my dream career. I can't not believe any of this right now!!!!!!

Good Luck to all who are still waiting and have faith because I really thought it would take a miracle ( and maybe this is a miracle), but honestly dreams do come true.

I just got my official letter today. I got a letter 11/1, however we had to pass the TEAS exam first, I took it 11/17 and today they wrote to tell me congrats I am in. I actually got to register for my classes today and get my uniform and badge next week. I still can't believe I am actually getting the chance to do this!!

never give up to those of you who are struggling to find a way in, just keep plugging away.
