I just turned in three of my four applications , and I'm already sweating bullets! Just thought I would start a support thread for those of us impatiently awaiting results for the Spring of 2008.

Still waiting. There are 235 applicants and 144 spots for the ABSN program I applied to and letters go out by February/March. Seems like a long time, but with the holidays hopefully the time will fly by. I also applied to 3 other ADN programs just in case and am number 349 on the wait list for one junior college. So if all else fails, I will wait until my number 349 keeps getting lower as they accept 90 students per year. I tell myself that if that happens, then someone up there wants me NOT to spend loads of $$$ on a private school tuition. Good Luck everyone!!

i applied to samuel merritt in oakland for the absn, contra costa college, meritt college and los medanos college for the adn. Napa College is where I am waitlisted. Are you in the Bay area also?

Heard from Sierra College yesterday...no go there, literally

I haven't heard from Shasta College yet...

It is very competitive here in the SF Bay Area. I lost count of how many schools I applied to. I think I applied to 7 or 8 programs so far. Thanks for the best wishes I hope you get in to your program also!

I got my letter for Goldenwest this morning. I couldn't believe that I got in. There was 550 eligible applicants and only 77 were picked! :balloons:

You already got your letter???? When do you have to take the TEAS test? Do you think they're stilll sending out more letters?
