Good job! I had an aha! moment with my pharm book today, which is good because I don't get the feeling I'll be having them from the lecture. It makes me think I can get through the class okay, after all.
Also: I bought three new pairs of shoes today, two pairs of Merrels and a pair of Reeboks (I think). All of a sudden, the little things are rocking my world.
tooting my own horn here:
i have a clinical instructor who is a tough and very critical of my work. i'm only 4 weeks into nursing school and we were introduced to process recordings last week. they terrify me. anyway, after working really really hard, i turned in a process recording last week after clinical and rocked it! he was so impressed, he called me aside during our break to tell me how good of a job i did. it's the little things.... *popping my collar*

Hi, anyone want to brag a bit? After all, I think we deserve it.
I thought it would be fun to share some of our victories and things we think we should be patted on the back for.
Here's mine....I passed my first skills test this week and got a 100 on our first quiz in Fundamentals which I am soooo proud of because, as everyone knows, nursing tests are different than any other tests, you have to learn to think differently. You have to learn to think like a nurse, and WOOHOO, I DID IT!
