Hi all! I’ve searched around & haven’t seen any threads on the Fall 2019 NCCC Nursing program applicants so I decided to start one. I would love to hear from current applicants, current/past students, family or friends of NCCC nurses. Any feedback is appreciated. Feel free to join in & let’s chat! ?

Suffolk is purely Associates for now. It looks like the only difference is that Lifespan Development isn’t required or Biomedical Ethics (it can be fulfilled with a Humanities Gen. Ed) and there are 2 History classes required.
But yes @Zaier123 is correct, Suffolk has one of the earlier deadlines and acceptance/denial letters already went out ?

10 years ?
I know it’s a trek for you all in Nassau but it’s worth considering. Just my opinion but I think Suffolk might get less applicants so there’s less competition (although maybe less seats? Not sure) I believe it’s around 65 day and 25 evening each admission cycle. There’s also 2 campuses though.
I got in with 82.7 on TEAS, B in A&PI, A in Stats and all other Gen ed (Eng, hist, psych) but with A&PII still in progress and micro still needing to be taken.
Supposedly they go mostly by TEAS rather than rubric/points

Thanks!! ..I am gonna look into it.. I am pretty sure not getting into the fall at NCc cuz my teas was very low so I need to study and retake it.

I believe Sulfolk is mainly same as ncc. Problem with sulfolk is the deadline for fall 2019 was January 19 I believe and spring 2020 deadline is end of august. Correct me if I’m wrong. If I don’t get into Nassau, I may just apply to scc next semester
