  1. Hey guys, thought I’d just share that I got into Adelphi and am going there since i already have all prereqs/will only take 2yrs for bachelors. I am pretty sure I was going to get into Nassau since I had 90 on teas. So if you guys get a denial letter , you might get in since I’m opting out.
  2. Thank you for explaining! Good luck with your last few weeks. I only can imagine it being rough lol.
  3. By any chance, could you tell us about the grading? For instance, my friend is in Adelphi’s program and she says : 80% of grade - lecture 20% of grade - lab (pass/fail) Lecture - 3 or 4 exams (70%) Kaplan exam (10%) care plans (10%) quizzes which are online (10%) does nassau have similar grading? Appreciate any insight. Adelphi seems really easy but expensive
  4. we should get our decision letter April 20ish based off previous years. Good luck everyone. Less than two weeks!
  5. You should look into adelphi if you interested in faster bsn. Just researching, it seems to be to be a pretty easy program but only bad thing is it is a private school.

  7. You got a lot of classes, so that’s good. 4 credit class = 4 times the number gpa (Patho would be 4 x 3 = 12 points) 3 credit class= 3 times the number goa nassau resident is 10points never been in a program is 5 points by the way, cut off for this fall was end of March I think. Are you trying to apply for spring?
  8. Interesting too you like molloy. My biggest concern with Nassau nursing is I hear the program is so much harder than molloy/Adelphi. Anyone have any insight on how hard Nassau is?
  9. If you don’t mind me asking, what nursing program? My friend is molloy and says the program is good. But, I hear adelphi isn’t that good. Molloy would probably be my back up. also, pretty sure Nassau resident is 10pts. So, good for us residents lol.
  10. Nice, your scores look good. I believe they soley don’t base on TEAS though. I had all 80s last semester but didn’t get in :(. And looking from older threads, it looks like we will get decision letter around April 20.
  11. That is going to be rough. The suspense right now is killing me lol.
  12. Anyone know when we get decision letter? Thought it was mid April but wonder if different because the program is changing
  13. I believe Sulfolk is mainly same as ncc. Problem with sulfolk is the deadline for fall 2019 was January 19 I believe and spring 2020 deadline is end of august. Correct me if I’m wrong. If I don’t get into Nassau, I may just apply to scc next semester
