just thought i would say, i ill not be online for a few days as im off to london for my interview which is at 10am on thursday.
5 hours in the car with a fractured bum bone- yes i fell down the stairs on sunday and fractured it, i have to be honest its probably the worse pain i have ever felt
mind you, at least it takes my mind off the stress

no, please dont stress, it was an original that wasnt up to scratch, i took photocopies of everything with me too as they say which were fine. your photcopies do not have to be authenticated
Have you also shown your I-184 (affidavit of support)? I have everything required in my packet 4 except the I-184 copy from employer which I thought was required and submitted to NVC prior to approval. (One of NVC's requirements). My sponsor has sent me new contract to be shown to the US consulate.
I'm really sorry for you. It must have been dreadful for you after all that time, anticipation and hard work. The lawyer was definately at fault they should have checked everything was in order, that's what they get paid for. I hope things get sorted out for you soon.

to be honest you should be fine its nothing to do with support letters
Oh Claire, I don't believe it! I thought you were messing around at first until I read the whole of your post. I've never heard of this happening before, I'm gobsmacked! Don't know what to say really except I'm so sorry this has happened to you at what should have been the last hurdle. I'm stunned

not really, we were denied due to some of our documents being incorrect, this is despite the documents all being checked by my agent, as we have sent photocopies of everything to them
just feel upset really, we are trying to fix the error by obtaining new, certifed copies of the documents but to be honest, i feel like i have had enough of the whole thing, retrogression will probably delay us further, and i am angry that this could have been sorted out if the agents lawyer had noticed this problem prior to interview, i suppose i should have noticed but im not an immigration expert unlike my agent!!
so, sorry but cant say i feel chatty at the moment to be honest
oh, and the taxi broke down on the way back from the embassy, just to round off the perfect day

What can I say.. You shouldn't be affected with retrogression as you will only have to sort the paperwork out. If you want to chat you know where I am and will be about on MSN most of the time as hubby not well so not really going out anywhere
hi claire, feel for you having all this disapointment. the embassy should have been a walk thru for you. hopefully it wont be long before its all sorted for you.
