i know some of us have received our letters so i was wondering who else i will be making this journey with for the next 2 years.

my name is allison shaffer and it's nice to meet you. i know we will all be close because it's a small group. it would be nice to get to know some of you before november 17. :)

Is anyone going to have financial issues with paying for school?

Yes! I am looking for book deals. So far the best I got was around $430. :uhoh21:

Unfortunately I don't qualify for any federal or state grant/loan.

There are many many more - just do a google search for nursing scholarships (Yahoo came up with mostly ads)

Also - Texas Health Resources hospitals have the best tuition reimbursement plan in the area. Even part-timers get something and its enough to pay for at least one semester! You may have to be there for a year first though - I dont know.
