I thought I would start this topic for those of us in process of enrolling or just enrolled and working on the exams, a way to keep up with each other thru the process. I thought it may help keep us motivated by motivating each other and keep everyone updated on our progress thru the program.
For me: I'm just starting out. I am waiting on my eval to come back right now, but I have completed all my Gen Ed's except for Info Lit and have taken Transitions already. I'm taking Health Safety this week and hope to enroll by the end of the week, before the July 1 deadline and get started on the next exam.
I'm 29 and an LPN in VA currently. I plan to license in NC and work there upon completion. I am hoping to finish all my exams by December 2011.
I got a B in Health Safety as well, and like you, I didn't really study much. Just a friendly warning, Chronicity is a more difficult exam.
I recieved good news from admissions/bursars office today. I do not have to reapply to EC, I just need to re-enroll; although I have to pay the entire enrollement fee. I'm really glad that HS and Chronicity are still applicable and I do not need to re-test.

Well, this 'thing' at work I've been dealing with may end tomorrow, and I'll possibly make the decision to jump right in with both feet! It's nothing bad... a Supervisor position I've applied for. They were supposed to make a decision by last Monday, now today... there is a BIG change of management. Not sure if I want to leave my application in, or bow out.
SO.... who knows... maybe by Thurs night, just shy of the rate increase, I'll finally COMMIT!
Well I called today and was told I was good to go with admissions and I could enroll today and just wait until next week for my eval. She transferred me to a counselor who told me that the earliest I could get my eval back would be late next week....ugh. Then told me about the nice payment plan they had to make the blow of the increased fee bearable.....another ugh. I wanted to enroll today but I can't apparently, I tried to do it online and it tells me I have to first apply. If I get my eval next week......I will call again Monday it will be exactly 4 weeks....ugh.

Ugh... that's too bad! That has really taken a long time! Hang in there... you know, they have people there until midnight eastern time... would they be able to enroll you over the phone? That way, you'd save the $80...
Here is my weekly update with enrollment issues. Called today and they are telling me it could be up to 3 weeks. Each time I call get a different answer. I did ask specifically for it to be expedited but we will see how that goes. How/What are the rest of EC peeps up to this week?
I've rescheduled Health Safety for July 11th. I hope to have my review by then. If anyone has a copy of the content guide for Chonicity that they could send me, that would be great. I don't want to waste anytime and keep the momentum going. I can't get it until I enroll and I can't enroll until my review is finalized, according to the academic counselor.....which is really weird. If anyone is willing to send me a copy I would greatly appreciate, PM me and I'll send you my email address. (Hoping asking for this is ok with the mods)
