Did Anyone Get Interview Done?

Did anyone get green card after July 2nd?

Any interview done?:o Anywhere?

Any one knows?

Had an updated msg from NVC automated line NVC case completed 12th july they recieved my ds-230 2nd july now it says wait another 6-8 weeks for futher insrtuction, does this mean the NVC are holding my case there or are they forwarding it on to the embassy? will i already have a visa set aside for me?

My PD is may 2005.

if you have interview and it doesn't get cancelled then you have a visa. Well done and good luck

there was talk and also mentioned on revised July bulletin that interviews may get cancelled although as far as I have heard none have been cancelled

As far as I know, scheduled interviews will go on upto July end and visas are stamping now.

August visa bulletin will let us know whether the numbers will be available or no in August.

Hi, Suzanne! I have a question in connection with this. I had my scheduled interview last July 2006 before the retrogression but I wasn't able to attend because my packet 4 was sent to the wrong address, do I still have that visa number up to now or did i lost it?

Did you ever follow up with the US Embassy in the past year? If you never did, then that was one of the recapped visas more than likely that was used. They are not going to wait a year for you to make any contact with them and hold something for you. They probably assumed that you were not interested.

Suggest that you contact them now, but seriously doubt if you will get one of these recapped visas now. They visa numbers have already been assigned.

If the person already has an interview scheduled, that means that there is a visa number already reserved for them. Has nothing to do with what will come out in the August Bulletin. If they were assigned a visa number, they should still have it when it is time for their appt. Hardly think that they will cancel any of them at this point. Appts are not even scheduled until they are sure that there is a visa for them.

Hi Igeorge, we have the same PD Nov 2005 but I'm from the Philippines. Unfortunately my case review was not completed yet. NVC received my updated DS 230 July 2, 2007 but no other updates yet. Lucky for you you already have a schedule. When did you send NVC your updated DS 230? and when was your case completion?
