"how long have you had a headache?"

"did you tell a parent about ________?"

"why don't you rest a few minutes and see how you feel?"

In notes I use the words headache, stomachache, deformity, bruising, swelling, ice pack, and "ambulatory without limp" quite a bit. Also "student rests, reports relief, is returned to class" gets thrown around a lot in here.

Why are you here *again*?

Rash, bump, bruise, swelling, cut, abrasion, lesion, bleeding, sore throat, cough, no obvious injury noted.

Please walk in the hallway.
