Kinder came in pulling down his waistband asking for bandaids. I gave him two while saying "if it is covered by underwear, I don't deal with it" and sent him to the bathroom to apply them himself. Why I want cameras in my new office.

There is a great aide who sometimes helps man the health office when he brings in a student for BID nursing care, if the health aide is not here. He writes down names and starts the process of checking temps and having the student clean their wound.

Often, he asks, "are you going to die, though?" or jokes, "we might have to chop it off." Today he said it about a student's sore throat. Makes me laugh every time :D

"Have you pooped?"

"How many water bottles have you drank today?"

"Did you eat breakfast?"

"Does mom/dad know? What did she/he say about it?" - followed by, "Did they give you medicine for it this morning?"

I just have to say these all have me cracking up and nodding my head, yup, yes, yup that one too!
