Hi everyone! I thought I would start a thread for CHOC Children's RN Residency that is starting in August 2020. I'm super excited to be applying to the NICU!
Fingers crossed for some good news in the coming months!

Plus, I already have a Bachelor's of Science in Neurobiology. I tried to reach out to human resources and I haven't heard anything back.
you can apply before your BSN is finished, just as long as you do finish it before the start and you are able to take your NCLEX/pass before the start

you dont need a BSN to apply, but you need it before the cohort starts, as well as passed your NCLEX before the start date.

Thank you so much! I actually have my RN license and have been working as a nurse over a year now with adults on a medical-surgical unit, I am just finishing up my BSN currently. But my passion is working with newborn/infants and pediatric patients.

Their website says to upload a resume and cover letter, so I assume that references, letters of rec, and other various items will be asked for during the interview process?? That is just my assumption tho! ?

Hoping to also find some updates here for anyone planning to apply for the fellowship!
Interviewed here for their PICU new grad two years ago, didn't get it and have been working elsewhere in the meantime. Figure it was time to try again with some acute care experience and hopefully get into something new!
