How is everyone preparing? I'm thinking of booking a mock interview already. I'm so nervous!

They are just very in-depth with the clinical questioning. I'm definitely planning to brush up on ACLS and CCRN stuff. A coworker who got in said they are huge on pharmacology and she recommended this study guide for drugs (https://becomingcrna.com/shop/complete-pharmacology-guide)

Hello! I just submitted for the PICU Residency. After submitting the application, I received two additional question prompts about CHOC Children's mission and explain why I'm interested in working for CHOC. Did everyone fill these out? Are they part of the application?
