Hi everyone! I thought I would start a thread for CHOC Children's RN Residency that is starting in August 2020. I'm super excited to be applying to the NICU!
Fingers crossed for some good news in the coming months!

can you send me the link? for some reason, I cannot find it anywhere on their website what they require for the online application. I would like more information like if they have any specifications as to whom I should address the cover letter etc. thanks!

they only require the cover letter/resume in the application itself.

this is the link with all their info. I just address the cover letter "to whom it may concern"
HI guys, I have applied to the PICU department. I am looking forward to the process, although it is very stressful. I hear that they are anticipating 800 applicants this year. If you guys don't mind sharing your stats:
GPA: 3.7
4 years of PICU experience as a CNA and Team Educator
External Hire

Hello! Are you applying to the PICU residency or fellowship?

Interviewed here for their PICU new grad two years ago, didn't get it and have been working elsewhere in the meantime. Figure it was time to try again with some acute care experience and hopefully get into something new!
Hi there! I am also planning on applying for the fellowship! I was hoping to apply to a med/surg unit because I think I would be more qualified for that than the PICU, buuut there were none so I thought I'd just give the PICU a shot! Goodluck ?

I just added my cover letter in the option to add more files to complete CV... You can save each file as a PDF and combine pdf files on the adobe cloud. It's a $5 monthly membership but has a free one week trial.
