Describe your last workday in 25 words or less. We'll guess the rest. ;)

Narc count, latest gossip, report. Assess, try and chart, get interrupted. Call Doc, sign off orders, grab a bite, uh oh admit, chart, give report.

Worked night shift, went to CURVES, home, slept fast, On call, in for c-section, went home,ate quick, back in for SANE call :uhoh3:

pt fell, broken bones, family mad, no lunch, no potty breaks, call supervisors, call doctors, little support, probably lawsuit, diabetic reaction (mine), ready to quit!!!!

Start of shift. Known patient, intubated, looking bad! PO2 51, call doc. FI02 to 70%. Suctioned HUGE PLUG! PO2 129. Weaned, extubated. End of shift.

Confused elderly, restraint escape artist. Naked, feeding tube gone, cvc in jeporady. Conintuous conversations with "Pat" interesting, except "Pat" nowhere around. New gown. Haldol sux.
