hi i would like to ask if it is necessary that my CES application form be computized type?, because i cant enter any info in the downloadable CES handbook..im planning to apply for IL NCLEX..please enlighten me..thanks
In the applic form,What will I put in the name of the diploma certificate in its original language?
I dont know which part in the diploma is the name of diploma. My diploma has the name of my school, my course and my name.
The degree that you received is the name of the diploma.
Was your course the Bachelor of Science in Nursing? Or something similar to this?
That is what they are looking for. Your name and the name of the school are not the names of the degree that you earned or were awarded.
Hmmmm... I was thinking if I could pay halfway before I send the docs from the licensing agency and my school just to be sure... So basically I have to send 3 documents separately: 1. From the licensing agency, 2. From my college, 3. My highschool diploma,, do I need to make a certificate of accuracy for my diploma even if it's already in English?
I need not to send a credit card form since I'm paying online, right? Im an official applicant only after the payment of my CES order, right?
Thanks!
