sir i am really confused about the verification of license of vermont. they have their own form and it does not specifically indicate the form for visascreen. i am hesitant that i might fill up the form in the wrong way and i have to send and spend an expensive fedex again. I am dying to get guidance.

Sir i will just send the fee, the 2 forms(cgfns and the state's), and the bon will be in charged sending the verification to cgfns international? Sir how about the english test results is it enough that i just supply them the report number of my ielts test result in their site or I should send them the original copy of test results.

Sir is it the same VOL form prc had filled up? I checked bon of vermont they have their own form of VOL stating that i authorize vermont secretary of the state to furnish verification to a licensing authority. the form also states that i should enclose a check payable to office of the secretary.

sir i applied for the vsc and it in process now. i already mailed prc license and school validation to CGFNS how do i comply with their remaining requirements: 1) vermont license validation, 2) passing the NCLEX, and 3) passing english test vermont has several verification forms online, i am confused what form should i use. how is it going to be? will bon directly send the verification to cgfns?

back in 2009 they were quite quick to have received my license verification. in about a month after paying the fee and sending all the necessary documents thru fedex and lbc they were able to issue the ces report. i hope it will be quick as before now that i am applying for the vsc. i hope i can still insist of mailing it thru lbc or fedex because i do not trust philppine post.

i already applied for ces at cgfns before and now i am going to apply for the vsc. their instructions include printing of payment voucher, photo id form, etc. i am confused if i still need to mail the payment voucher print out even if i had already paid the fee thru online with credit card? i am afraid i will spend an expensive philippine courier and they will charge me again. please help sir.

thanks sir stan for the additional info. with due respect, what is stated in your application status that they have not granted a permanent license. did they give you a temporary license?

sir can you correct me if i am wrong with my checklist: -application form + $186 bank draft -PRC VOL -VT VOL -Fingerprint card / fast pass How long did you wait and what branch did you request for PRC VOL? did you facilitate the express mailing to texas? I also would like to know your steps for the fingerprinting.

sir when did you had an endorsement to texas i believe you had a vt license before. ces is stated as a requirement, if you may see they have a 17 page forms for the endorsement such a lengthy and confusing. can i still qualify for endorsement i did my nclex rn exam 5 years ago(2009).

Sirs what does the the Texas Bon require? They need Full Education course by course report however, cgfns now issue Professional and Academic. I already had my CES report back in 2009, can i still use it?

Sir how about the CES and NJE in what part of the process i should accomplish it?

sirs i would also like to endorse my license to texas from vermont but i find their endorsement instructions confusing. i wanted to see hear from others' personal experience.
