  1. is there any chance that my papers(CES application) and payment get lost through the process??,
  2. one more thing, i had to register online to get the ID # that should be included in the request for TOR and validation of license.. do i have to pay first the application fee through a bankdraft and send it to CGFNS, before getting the ID #?..i need the ID # coz i cant submit my request forms without having those...
  3. okay thanks! it was cleared to me now.. i just got confused because a friend of mine had her CES application assisted with some agency its called NEAC here..and she told me that her CES app is not hand written.. thank you for helping me!
  4. i will send my application form via airmail..is there a downloadable CES form that you can directly type info by computer typing just like the application form for nclex for the state of CA?...is it true that it is complicated to accomplish the necessary documents for CES?,what are some of the risk,so that i may be well aware of those..thank you for reading my message,hope you can help me..thanks!

  7. hi..i am a nurse from the Philippines..i just got confused with regard to the scheduling of exam, upon receiving the ATT..i read from this blog that upon receiving your ATT you have a year to sched your exam coz if not your ATT will be invalid, from which state is this applicable???.. is it applicable to Illinois??,..please enlighten me, coz if im not mistaken,there's this note in the application for NCLEX in IL that you have to take your exam within 90days upon receiving your ATT..is this true?? i will be glad if this will be answer..thanks!
  8. hi..i am a fresh grad from Philippines.. i would just like to confirm the info about the endorsement of license in US territories/states.. if i took the nclex exam for California and then decided to work in Illinois, the only thing that i have to do is to meet the req'ts of BON for the endorsement of license for IL..my license in CA will still be active even if i work in other states?..do u know wat are the necessary requirements needed for the endorsement of license? thanks..
