what did you put in the schools attended?
i dont know what to put in the primary, intermediate and secondary schools.

I only had primary and high school, so I wrote "N/A" in the other field.

secondary school is same with high school. intermediate is elementary education. when i applied online it only asked for my secondary education. i am not sure if using online application will speed the application but it took 2 months before the board received the report. i used courier service because i simply do not trust phil post office. i paid 328 dollars for the CES and received a CG ID number in a week. you can actually see the ID number once you logged in in your account.

how can i pay thru credit card?

you just need to know the account number. but there are certain credit cards allowed. i used my dad's credit card, its discover.

How long will i have to wait for the CES report to be done/sent.

I will be coming back to prc manila this week to mail verification. I will use courier service. PRC said it takes 2-3 days to arrive to cgfns.

Average is 4 months

What do you think is a faster way of paying so that cgfns can start processing my papers.

Will I be considered "paid" as soon receive credit card payment form?

What about sending them a demand draft? Isnt it checks have clearing time.

There is no fast way to be processed, you pay at the beginning and they will send your file to review once all documents are sent and received. Normal for most people is 4 months. With retrogression there is no rush

i waited for 2 months for the report. i also used fedex. though it says on the courier status of delivery that it was sent already, still the CGFNS status is still waiting to receive..

What will I put in the name of the diploma certificate in its original language?

I dont know which part in the diploma is the name of diploma. My diploma has the name of my school, my course and my name.

whats could be my status?

cgfns received my application, transcript from secondary and nursing school and VOL from prc. The last email I received from them is the payment I made with my credit card. However I dont know the real status of my aplication.

hi i would like to ask if it is necessary that my CES application form be computized type?, because i cant enter any info in the downloadable CES handbook..im planning to apply for IL NCLEX..please enlighten me..thanks

yes you can just handwrite it.
