Im graduating in may with a BS in health sciences from Michigan State. The nursing program is extremely hard to get into here so I just decided to get a health related degree while there and then apply to other nursing programs when I graduated.
I applied to about 4 schools and I just got accepted into my first choice school so I dont even care about hearing from the rest of the schools I applied to. Im really excited/nervous and proud of myself because I got in on the first try:D. I also get to start off in the actual nursing courses and clinicals since I already have all the gen ed and pre req courses completed, which also cuts down the cost by $18,000!
That's awesome! If I don't get in this year I have to wait a whole year too:( I've still got a month and a half to go!!
Oh no! That really sucks, I would be so nervous! I'm still worried a little though because I'm in a kind of particular situation because I'm currently living in Cuba with my parents (my dad works for the canadian embassy here, so I decided to come here from Feb to July before I started school) but all mail gets sent to a PO Box in Ottawa, and gets flown in every Monday. So they sent the letter at the end of March but I only got it today because of the delay and I had to send a confirmation of my attendance by last Friday. But I'm going to call the admissions office tomorrow morning (they closed 15 minutes before I got it ) and tell them my situation and hopefully they'll let me fax the papers to them and send them the originals which they'll get in a couple of weeks. I hope they understand, but I'm still worried! :uhoh21:

Thanks:) That would be nice, but I doubt it. My college waits until the semester is over to calculate the GPA up to that point, and grades aren't final till like May 17. GRRRR. I just want the next month to zoom by!

Haha, I know the feeling. I couldn't wait until April, now I can't wait until August! Oh and I just contacted my school and everything is okay :) I just have to fax my papers to them today and send the originals in and everything is fine! So I'm definitely in! Yayayayay!

Haha I know!!! I've already ordered my books for next semester and got the syllabus from this semester's students..soo it's really hard to focus on this anatomy crap. We'll be done before we know it, hopefully lol
