Just thought we could start a thread for those of us who interviewed for Cedars-Sinai's new grad program this past week.

SORRY all for posting so late but I too also got called at 11am today!!! I start July 20th and I'm so stoked!!!! I am waiting for my friend and all of you here to get calls so hurry up! weeee!!!

Yay! Congrats to everyone! :yeah:I just got the offer, so they are still calling people. I just had to know the real application stats, so I asked the recruiter. She said there were 1500 original applicants via online, but the number dropped as ppl declined to be interviewed. They interviewed over 500 ppl in 2 days and have 60 spots to offer to the June group. Other offers were also given to ppl who applied back in Feb., so good luck everyone!!!

hey jenash and whoever asked, my GPA was 3.78, passed NCLEX back in feb, working on MSN, have a BA in Economics... i know, verry random!

Dude they HAVE to still be calling people, my friend has an IMPRESSIVE portfolio and she has not gotten a call yet! I'm still waiting!!!

My one friend has a BA in Psychology and an MSN, GPA 3.7, she is taking the NCLEX July 6. Start date July 20

My other friend has a BS in Accounting and an MSN, RN, GPA 4.0. Start date August 3.

congrats to everyone that got the offer..

so i guess so far only people with gpa higher than 3.5 .. and degree with at least BSN got the offer..

I don't think i would get a call then.. I only have AA ..

Yayy congrats to you guys! I have a BSN but like I said my gpa isn't that good. I think I did fine during the interview and have a fairly strong portfolio. Maybe they're calling in the order of how we ranked overall..i dunno. Anyway, let's jus hang in there k? =) We have at least one, maybe two more weeks to go. I'm just glad that I haven't received a letter yet! (cuz you know what that means right? lol) Does anyone even know if they started sending those out? Anyway, congratulations again to those who got an offer and good luck to us who are still waiting. :redbeathe

My GPA is 3.95, BSN. I don't feel my interview is good... random questions. What we expect to receive from HR? did anyone receive official offer letter? I am looking for apartment near the hospital, so expensive!! Any one have any ideas or suggestions?
