Hi All,
I am new here and just wanted to see how long it took for the Cali takers to get their results. I know it is supposed to be about a month, but one girl I know got hers in 11 days. I guess I am just trying to see what the average is. I took mine on May 7th and I am going bonkers!
Thanks!

I took NCLEX-PN for California in late 2005, and received the results in 12 days.

Thread moved to the NCLEX Forum since if one is testing or has tested, they are no longer a student.
Best of luck to you.

All depends on where you live and whether you have a SSN or not. If not then looking at over 4 weeks to get results. If SSN then average is between 3-10 days although can take longer

There are many factors:
is this your first time ? did you just gradaute ? is your file "complete" ?
for first time test takers, that just graduated and files are complete i have (personally) seen it to take up to 28 days to show up online..
3 of my freinds from class took it the SAME day at the same place and one girl got hers in 9 days and the other (2) figured they failed, since hers was up and not thiers but they fianklly saw their names on day 17. sooooo
now if you are a re-peat test taker , yeah then 3-10 days.

what about if you're not from the US, how long will it take if you're a first time tester or not?

3-4 weeks i think
my sister really got it after 3wks and she passed. her bestfriend 3wks as well and she didnt pass. some of my friends got it 3wks and they did not pass. mine is 7wks and i pass. we are all not from US:D
I did answer this in post 5. If not from the US then you are looking at anything from 3-4 weeks upwards. All depends on mail and Ca usually post after 2 weeks

it usually takes 3-4 weeks, but if you're from california and have an SS as they say, you get it earlier. i took the exam on may 5, and got the results on May 12, so i waited for only a week.

Well it's been 27 days since I took the NCLEX in San Francisco. Yes I have a SS#. All my classmates had SS# and all of us have had to wait 3-4 weeks. A few waited more than a month. It is frustrating, that daily mailbox trip because you just want to know. You heart pounds on the trip to the mailbox but hey, pass or fail, I just want to know! I feel my life is in limbo. I have read many posts where people say CA NCLEX results take about 2 weeks with all your paperwork and etc. I just wanted to say that we all have had complete paperwork (we can't graduate without everything complete) and SS# and ALL of us have had to wait 3-4 weeks and it's awful!!! the good news is that so far no one in my class has failed the exam. Then I get insecure because what if I'm the first??? I had 109 questions and I know I got the last one right for sure but I still have my doubts. I felt pretty good leaving the exam but as you wait and wait you feel more insecure, there were lots of meds I never heard of!!! Tomorrow will be exactly 4 weeks - 28 days!!! aaawww!
