I just wanted to make a thread for nursing program at BC for this coming Fall semester.
I passed the Hesi last week after 4 days of studying. (Got tired of studying the Elvesier book so I took my chances)
My overall score: 85%. My lowest score's reading: 78% ( English is my second language and I took this section last so didn't have enough time to really read the questions)
I turned in my application last Wednesday. The lady said to look for an email around May- June.
Anyone is applying for Fall? Did your status on myBC change yet?
The math test is exactly the same as the work books. Know how to do all those problems, she might change the values of the dosage but it's same style.
Also do not read the chapters in process line by line...Maybe just go over it, get a general idea. All her tests are taken directly from her lecture slides and what she says in lecture. Everything that is on her test she covers in lecture. You will be wasting your time if you continue to try and read all those chapters. I was 1 point from an A in process 2 and a high B in process 1. Anyone that received a passing or high grade focused on the modules, lecture, and lecture slides.
When are those orientation for broward and holy cross due? I have so much in my head that I forgot :/. Are they due on the day of return demo? I think I heard the professor say that

I heard they now ask for receipt. go sell it to the bookstore because if anyone buys it from you they will be unable to use it because they need the receipt for documentation. therefore, they will end up getting a new one
quick question for all you current nursing students...
does BC accept ceu certs through ceufast? i've heard a lot of people say they did it that way but not if the school actually accepted them when it was time to turn them in. i noticed that some of the certs aren't exactly the same as what is on the nursing program page and when i looked at my cert for HIV/AIDS that i did with ceufast, it doesn't have the FBON number on it, which is a requirement.
Any help for a January student is much appreciated! Thanks guys!!
