Anyone applying for Fall 2019? I know it seems far away, but the application is due the end of Feb. It is best we begin to prepare now, especially those who need immunizations.
I need:
Critical thinking exam.
Retake Hesi for a higher competitive score.
Dosage calculations workshop.
I'm taking Chem 1405 and Phil 2306 this fall and Pharma in winter.
Just took my HESI and I got a 94.40 (19.40 pts towards admission!). If you're taking it for the first time, don't stress out. It's super easy. I went to get my immunizations signed off on and apparently I need another varicella vaccine, so I'm getting that done on Tuesday. Then I think I'll be ready to apply! How is everyone else doing with their application?

What was on your AP and math exam? Did you take it at Brookhaven? I also need to get my immunizations signed off. I called he health center and no one answered, should I just go walk in?

Yes, I took it at Brookhaven. My AP consisted of questions about the skeletal system (ossification, bone location), some muscle locations, the anatomical directions, and some stuff on the urinary system. The math section is stupid easy - mostly proportions, simple operations with fractions, a few word problems, military time, conversions-the first time I took it, half of my questions were metric conversions. This time it was a lot of "how many ounces..." "how many gallons is 576 ounces" etc.
As far as the immunizations - I had been emailing Mildred about scheduling a day that I could come in and get my final Hep B shot. After the shot, she signed off on most of my immunizations. I plan on going back sometime next week after I get my chickenpox shot (again)...
Her email is [email protected]
I joined a Hesi study group on FB. Some people even found the exact questions and answers on the HESI. Word for word. People also upload many study materials in the group files.

Apparently, there is a Version 1 and 2, which is true because if you look at your hesi report on elsevier, it tells you which version you took. Some people know what version they are taking before hand.
I don't see any version listed...the test I took yesterday hasn't shown up on elsevier yet. I know the reading portion was exactly the same as my first exam, but the other four sections were a little different.
How is everyone doing on points? Threads from previous application cycles gave us a pretty good indication on how many points were needed to get an interview. It seemed like people with ~34 points or above were selected for interviews. Now that they took away that awful critical thinking exam and lowered the minimum points needed to apply, we don't have anything to compare our points to... I also saw in another thread that Brookhaven accepted around 84 students for the Fall 2018 semester - does anyone know if they're going to be taking around the same amount of students this fall?
I studied all night, and only received ~2 hours of sleep. Fortunately, I received an 88.8 on my HESI, which should give me just enough points to apply this semester. I lost 3 points when they removed the CT test, but at least I will have a shot. I'll still look into dual enrollment with TT over the summer to ensure acceptance by next semester.

To enroll in Dual enrollment, what is the first step? Fill out a college application with TT?
