Brookhaven Fall 2019

Published

Anyone applying for Fall 2019? I know it seems far away, but the application is due the end of Feb. It is best we begin to prepare now, especially those who need immunizations.

I need:

Critical thinking exam.

Retake Hesi for a higher competitive score.

Dosage calculations workshop.

I'm taking Chem 1405 and Phil 2306 this fall and Pharma in winter.

What are the total amount of points you can get?

For the future applicants, I got accepted with 24.71 points with a 90% Hesi score.

I'm applying this month and am really nervous. I will be applying with 25.21 points. If you don't mind me asking, what did you get on the A&P part of the HESI? If it's more comfortable you can message me on Facebook Julia Marie. Thanks again!

Hey guys! I’m starting in the spring and they are asking us to get physicals?? Did y’all just go to your PCP or did anyone go else where like a carenow or something?

Congrats. Goto your PCP or any urgent care.

A minute clinic at CVS can also do them

I went to my PCP and she filled out the form super quick. Physicals are usually covered with no copay because they're considered preventive care. Good luck!

For anyone that went to an urgent care or non-pcp, how much was it?? I don’t have a pcp right now and I tried to make an appointment yesterday and they couldn’t get me in till after thanksgiving. I’m gonna call some more but also keeping other options open!

Prices vary. You have to call and inquire. I had insurance so I didn’t check the pricing. Try MedSpring, Care Now, MedPost.

Hey you guys,

Did you guys do any activities in the program to get to know each other?? How'd your first semester going? Still going strong?
