Best one sentence handoff report

My handoff to the oncoming rn was "300 pounds, off meds, homicidal intent". The was more of course but that summed it up. Let's hear 'em.

this was an actual report . . . and i was floating to the floor to do charge. the only other person who worked there was an na. she didn't know anything, either. rough night!

When I was in school, this happened to me ALL the time. But now, when students come to me with report, I can't help but giggle to myself and think ohhh how thorough you are. :lol2:
