I hate to be the "English" police here, but I can't even understand what you have posted above, and I am an American. Please use proper sentences so that all can understand what you are writing. And especially since this is in the International forum where there are many from other countries reading here. If people can't understand, they are not going to respond.
I agree w/ Suzanne4. PLEASE use punctuation. If you were documenting pt. care, you would need to write correctly.
Thank you.
I think yes you will be scheduled for interview next month, even the 50k is available worldwide there are not too many nurses worldwide buying for USA. I made a study on CGFNS passers, NCLEX passers (including data from english exams) and visa screen holders data from 2003, 2004 and 2005 to present were gathered...Philippines holds the record! The data shows that the demand WORLDWIDE is not greater than 50k(considering family members and spouse) . The 50k would be good until July 1, 2006...that is the safest estimate though based on my analysis and assumption...but this 50k are definitely to clear all pending backlogs for all schedule A applicants holding pd's until December 31, 2004. By September 30, 2005 all applicants pending or not who are going for CP from the PIC countries will be cleared...That is the target of the NVC...Simply because on October 1, 2005>>>EB3 will be open again and resources would be redistributred again...In October 1 2005, the remainder of 50k will temporarily shut down. This does not mean the 50k will be exhausted and processing for schedule A would stop it simply means Schedule A would then again eat from the normal EB3 category until it is consumed and then eat again from 50k when that happens...this is according to the DOS visa office...

Hi Dale! Thanks for your prompt reply. I appreciate your feedback. How I wish my name will be included on August 2005 interview. Thank you very much for posting updates on this forum, I think everybody appreciated it, I will send feedback as soon as I hear a word from the NVC, oh by the way what is your profession?
I was scheduled for a preliminary interview on July 11 but my case number is not on the list. I noticed that interview for EX visas were scheduled in the morning usually 6 & 8am. I was scheduled at 1pm. Is this a bad thing for me?
Hi! I think the preliminary interview is different from appointment letter wherein dependents and medical is not included in the packet, I think you need to complete your documents and submit it to them on July 11 before you will be given an appointment letter as well as medical exam. Don't worry, as soon as they found out that your documents are all complete they will surely line you up for an interview. By the way, I will accompany my friend on July5 also for preliminary interview. I will send feedback on this forum after July 5.

Thanks rosarrio, please do so it will surely help me a lot. Do you know why is this happening? Why the need for a preliminary appointment?
Hi Dale/Kid/Suzane...I am migrating with my husband. But we have recieved only 1 case number "MDR2004XXXXXX" The agency said that there would be only one case ID for the entire family. Infact we have filed the DS-230 Part I in a time diffrence of 1 month. I am worried because of the previous posts here says that there are EX category numbers allocated for spouses also. Will there be a seprate case number for family members who are immigrating with us????
Please clarify.. I am verymuch worried.
Thanks and regards,
Nimisha
nothing to worry about there is only one number for the principal applicant that is you.in fact the petitioner is the hospital or agency and the nurses are the benefeciaries ,the rest of the family go along with ,this is what i understand ,your i 140 must mentioin the whole list bye good luck STOP WORRYING
just observe the visa appoinment schedule of each case number, if you see 2 or more same case number that means it's the nurse's spouse and dependents.
this again means that most of the philli nurses going over dont have dependants ie they are single IF your I140 mentions your spouse etc nothing to worry GOD BLESS kid80
