anyone who completed this table,,pls help me,,thank you
with the certificates/additional documents that needs to be sent, did you guys send the original ones or only photocopies? if just copies, did you have it notarized or not?
can i send the the additional documents together with the BET or separately?
thank you for the clarifications!
I submitted my application via fax, and just sent in a copy of the documents. I didn't get it notarised or anything just sent the copy and that seemed to be sufficient.
I sent a lot of extra documents in with my BET including my UK exam paper and reports from mentors about my practise.
I read the compendium AFTER completing the BET

thank you FunkyCAt :)
If it's possible to submit by email that information should be in the package you received. If it's not plainly stated in the instructions, then I would expect that email is not an accepted method of submission.
Thank you for the reply. But when I received the BET it stated that they PREFERRED that you send it thru e-mail in the instructions. Unfortunately, the e-mail address was not included in the letter. I find it really weird..

If that is the case just contact the college and I am sure they will assist

I have read the compedium during my Nursing in Ontario course and I really can say that it gives me a whole new perspective of what nursing in Ontario is. It is like the "holy book" for all nurses here. You should know the standards of practice by heart.
