I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?

I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.

For those who signed up with AVANT, please. Share your experience with them here.

Thank you!

Hi Arger! I am an applicant of Avant from Philippines. I would like to ask how long do I need to wait for me top start the review? I signed with them last July 30, 2016. Thank you!

It really depends on how compliant you are with the document submission. It will undergo several screening process and document control before endorsing you to the NCLEX Review Team. Usually, you'll hear their FEEDBACK within 24 hours. Their instruction are really good and you'll be guided in every phase. On my personal experience, I waited 3 months.

They asked me for my transcript, i just sent it, it seems i have enough hours hands down, but u never know. First thing i took their screening exam, then they asked me for my transcript, i have not taken toefl and i have to send my transcript to CGFNS (they wanted to make sure i qualify before i spend all that money). I am waiting for directions at the moment.

Anyone here who are from Philippines and already signed up with Avant? I wanna know how many months/years did you wait before you were deployed to the US? i just checked the PD for EB3 which has moved 5 months and is now Dec2010. If that is the case, PD for Philippines may be current in 1-2years.

Specializes in Medical and general practice now LTC.

Unfortunately so hard to predict as the dates go up and down.

Hi! Could u care to explain what kind of documents did they ask u for? I just applied, took the screening exam and sent my resume. I am a mexican nurse so i haven't taken any test. They said they will schedule an interview.

Please how was the screening exams like, just applied to them and have been invited to take the screening exams, just nervous of how it will be

I am currently preparing for toefl, for visacreen purposes i need a 26 in speaking and 83 overall. I am fluent in english but i have noticed that in toefl it's all about academic terms so i am practicing before i take it, just to be in the safe side.

Hello guys! I would just like to let you all know that I already passed the NCLEX-RN! I am really thankful to Avant Review Program and the support of their team along the way. As a matter of fact, they even booked me on a hotel day prior to exam and asked me freely how long I like to stay. :) The hotel was just 2 towers away from Pearson VUE and I am seeing it directly on the window from where I am staying (31st floor). When they learned that I passed using Pearson Quick Result, the Review Team immediately sent me a cool video congratulating me followed by Senior VP message and detailed instruction on the next step. Now, I am preparing for my EB3 visa processing.

Congratulations!!! :D Hope to learn more about your process !! Did u take toefl or ielts??

Hi everyone. I can attest to Avant being legitimate. I signed up with them December 2015, wrote and passed the NCLEX with 84 questions! In May 2016 .Avant paid for everything I.e airfare, the exam, cgfns CES report. I have recently sat and pass Ielts with overall band of 7. I'm now waiting on my PD. Good luck all. I would encourage you to sign with them.

I an from Nigeria, I am with avant .so far avant have not failed on their promises . they prepared me from phase one through to 3 .sent me books and mp3 lecture's.They paid all expanses to and fro Indian where I sat for Nclex on 7th of Oct.I PASSED AT 75 questions. waiting for the next step!!!

I'll go with toefl, i do not like Ielts structure and i am more familiar with american english (92% in local english tests), i am from Mexico, so hands down, i it like more. I gave it some serious thought and made up my mind, so i am currently studying academic english and reviewing the speaking part. Besides, there is no Ielts centers in my town and i would have to travel to a faraway city in order to take it, it is a lot of money in hotel, plane tickets and incidentals.
