Hi! Its been a month I am waiting for my application to be reviewed by SVP and then immigration.. How long do I have to wait and how long will it take to file EB3? How long it might take for whole process from now?

Sorry guys for not giving you an update on my journey so far with AVANT Healthcare Professionals.
I had my exit interview on Feb 4, 2016 and have been in the US since March 12.
I sat for the NCLEX-RN on March 30 and I am now a US RN.
Today is my last day in the transitions program at AVANT corporate office in Orlando, FL.
It's been a smooth journey so far and I'm looking to commencing my assignment by the end of the month.

Hi i'm a pediatric nurse from Philippines. I had my skype interview with one of their recruiters and just took their competency exam for Pediatrics (since it's my area of specialty) and luckily I Passed it (80.80%). I'm currently waiting for the results if I will be accepted to their program. Moreover, I don't have NCLEX yet and they said that they are going to sponsor my cgfns, nclex exam and the airfare to US if ever and all the necessary fees along the way til greencard application. Sounds too good to be true, and I'm overwhelmed!! Anyone here experienced the same or had been a succesful client of Avant? Thank you so much!!!

Hello nurse.khaleesi! I am also a nurse form the Philippines. I was just wondering when you took the competency exam? Was it after their interview? I'm feeling a bit nervous because I'm scheduled for the interview tomorrow. Haha. How did it go for you? Thanks :)

Hi mdta! I took their competency exam last June 9 AFTER the interview. I already signed the contract with them on the same month. How did yours go? They already asked me to send in some documents. I am just wondering when they are going to send the review materials so I can start reviewing for nclex.

It was okay. :) I haven't decided if I'll sign the contract yet.

Hi to all! I also signed up with Avant last December and so far their review programs are excellent. Will be taking NCLEX few weeks from now. Hope I make it.

Hi arger! Are you from Philippines as well? How many months after you signed your contract did you start the review and the nclex application? And can you describe the review materials they provided like authors of the books? Thank you!

Hi! I have been reading your comments about avant and im planning to sign with them also. I already have nclex (texas) and ielts. But no pd yet. No employer yet. Im with health carousel they have good offers like free ielts and visa screen. I already signed with them but im planning to change agency. Is that ok? And what are the benefits from avant? Thank u

Avant has sign on bonus for nclex passers :) they wont shoulder your VS expenses though.

Hi! Could u care to explain what kind of documents did they ask u for? I just applied, took the screening exam and sent my resume. I am a mexican nurse so i haven't taken any test. They said they will schedule an interview.

I signed my contract with them last December 2015. It went to several phases which are highly efficient and organized before getting enrolled to their NCLEX Review Program. Formally started my review last April 2016 since we need the review materials first which all came from their corporate office in Orlando! I couldn't imagine opening the Fedex Box with lots of good books and MP3 player for listening lecture. I highly recommend Avant but you need to reciprocate it with motivation and dedication to study for the NCLEX. They are monitoring you every step of the way
