I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?

I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.

For those who signed up with AVANT, please. Share your experience with them here.

When did they refile that person's petition because there has been a lot of refilling and approvals of i140 forms in February/ March 2018. When I say a lot, I mean a looooot.

I had only heard about this one case that received an RFE. It was refiled this month. But I'm glad you can tell me otherwise because we all need to hear these positive news!

I think we're on the same page. Avant filed a petition for me last June 2017. They told me it will take around 6 to 10 months to get a decision from USCIS. I've been emailing them for an update every month since december 2017 (which is the 6th month). Fortunately I received responses to some of my emails and some updates about the merging with Jackson Healthcare. Last month I got an email from Linda saying they got an RFE letter pertaining to my case. I'm also from the Philippines. And I really understand how you are feeling. I got so anxious too when I learned that the VB is now January 2017! We might be 'current' anytime soon. I could only hope and pray that I finally get an approval so I can secure that June 2017 PD.

Good day guys! Can someone with a good heart answer my question please? Right after passing the NCLEX and IELTS how many months will it take for you to be given a priority date???

And once your priority date become current, how long will it take to get a green card??? I have a long way to go since I am in the CGFNS CES processing. But it's better to have something to look forward to, a goal to motivate you, than nothing.

From my personal experience I can say it took 1 month to have my I-140 petition filed, i.e. to get my priority date.

Once your PD becomes current, you're looking at at least 9-12 months, ideally.

hi! i am from the philippines and i am a follower of this post. i am just wondering if anyone here has the same problem with mine. i did not hear from Avant anymore.

i was in the "submission of scanned required forms" stage however i was not able to submit all within a month. i sent the other lacking documents and sent them follow up emails but i did not receive any response anymore. is it possible that Avant have dropped me (without notification)? i already signed the contract/agreement with them last january.

please help!!! thanks!

They wouldn't drop you without informing you and even then they should have a serious reason for it because of the signed agreement.

You didn't mention for how long you've waited for a reply but if it's only been 1-2 weeks, that's nothing to be concerned about. They have such a high volume of emails to take care of and they might be even working on your case but they'll get back to you when there's a need to communicate.

It's so nice to hear that there are a lot of i 140 forms approval for this year. How did you know such great news,. ..? Do you friends that were recently approved? Hopefully this will continue.

Yes I know a lot of people that they filed for in February / March and they have all gotten approval. They also mentioned In a webinar that there have been a lot of i140 approval so they will be filing for people massively this March.
