I'm looking into this program as well to possibly start in November. One of my coworkers is already accepted but I still had questions about it. If you do go forward with the program, can you please let me know and keep me posted of the process? Via email: [email protected]
I start in November as well I just spoke with an advisor and completed my financial aid. I will keep you posted!
Do you have any idea of the classes/schedule?
Have you experienced any issues with your start date and schedule? I was talking with a co-worker today that's suppose to start in November as well but an advisor reached out to her and told her that there was an overwhelming amount of applicants and they needed to adjust some things.. They mention starting night and weekend classes...

In the process of starting with Aspen in January 8th for the BSN Pre-Licensure program. I completely my prerequisite and co requesite at PVCC and submitted all my transcripts. Seems like there is some classes from maricopa that Aspen don't need like humanities and critical reading. So, now I am waiting for an advisor to contact me arround oct 9th to let me know if I have more classes to take before getting into the Nursing core part.
Have taken any classes in general education? They have a long list of class to be taken before the actual nursing part.
How has it been going with starting the program for January? Are you registered for classes yet, if so how is your schedule?
Yes, i am register and got in contact with my advisor after sending transcripts so I still have few generals classes to take. They will send you an email with a link and that where you go register and pay for your tech fee also chose classes. It goes by 8 weeks or 10weeks with 2 weeks in between. You can change the classes as you wish but I chose to follow the schedule my advisor had for me. Then you will schedule a phone orientation few days before your class start. So basically all general classes are online then you will start the nursing core classes.
Thank u for responding back... So the classes you'll registered for are some of the general ones and online? Did your advisor give u an outline of the classes for the first year? Sorry for all the questions but i just want to get answers first hand from someone that's actually started the process
Yes I have an outline for my general classes and all the rest of the nursing core classes. I am starting 2 classes on January 8th it a nice school and they are very understanding. I work for honorhealth and I will be getting tuition reimbursement.
Ok thank u so much.. I know with talking with an advisor i would bypass most of the first year.. I won't be able to start til march though.. Good luck!
