Anyone still waiting to hear about spring '07 acceptance?

Is anyone else still waiting to find out if they got accepted for Spring '07? I've been waiting for 2 months and the ranking list will be posted next Tuesday (Nov. 14) I am so nervous! All I can do is think about ways to make the rest of this week fly by.... Any suggestions? My birthday is November 12 so getting in would be the best birthday present! :balloons:

Yep. I go to SJDC. It sucks being out of district, huh? I had an 82%, but luckily I am in-district so I got in. I'm hoping you'll get in,too!

I applied to ten schools, and so far I heard from 3.

Pasadena City College - rejected.

Glendale Community College - rejected.

College of the Canyons - accepted.

I'm still waiting for Los Angeles Valley College because I live nearly there. Does anyone know how's the program like and the passing rate?

congrats on your acceptance to COC, it's a good school. Valley is also a decent school with good clinical sites. I'm an East LA grad and their program is awesome, our NCLEX pass rate LVN_RN 2006 is 100% and all of the June grads have jobs they wanted!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am on the alternate list for Tarrant County College (TCC). They don't tell you how far you are down the list but I know they usually take 20 alternates. The suspense is KILLING me!

I interviewed on Friday and will find out tommorow if I am accepted.

The suspense is KILLING me!!!! I might as well stay up all night because I haven't slept in a week; first awaiting the interview, and now the decision. I am 39, married, and have a 6 year old son...I sooooo need to get on with this. I know that I am still young, however, I don't know where to go from here if not selected, all I have left is the clinicals, skills labs and lectures. I have taken absolutely everything that I can without being in the program.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE...I need some good news tomorrow!

I too will find out tommorow, (or rather today, it's past midnight!). Good thing too, this wait is killing me. I really really hope I get in. I have nothing left to take if I don't, and the next program they are offering is at another campus that is alot further away for me. This is my 2nd time applying. :sofahider Please please please!!!

Well, off to bed, the sooner I sleep the sooner I can find out the answer...

I just found out today that I made it into the LPN program.

I am numb, it doesn't seem real to me that I will start nursing school on January 4, 2007. Now I have to find a way to pay for it! Off to fill out my FASFA.
