Anyone still waiting to hear about spring '07 acceptance?

Is anyone else still waiting to find out if they got accepted for Spring '07? I've been waiting for 2 months and the ranking list will be posted next Tuesday (Nov. 14) I am so nervous! All I can do is think about ways to make the rest of this week fly by.... Any suggestions? My birthday is November 12 so getting in would be the best birthday present! :balloons:

Congrats to everyone else who got in. My school posted the list on Wednesday afternoon and I GOT IN!! It was a nice birthday present. My school goes by a mathematical formula using total GPA, Eng 1A GPA, Anat,Micro,Physio combined GPA, and you lose like 8% for every repeat of anat, micro, or physio. The highest possible is 91% and I had an 82%. This semester the cut score was 78%. I am so excited and relieved at the same time!! :D

I wish DFW had a school like that. Then that would give some people, those who want to, an opportunity to work and go to school.

I wish my school went just by points, that I can handle, it's this whole interview thing that drives me crazy. The points determine if you get an interview, but after that you're on your own. Group interviews *shudder*. I had my interview today, and I will find out on Dec. 4th if I made it. I am so nervous, I don't think I can wait.

I found out yesterday that I got in at Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas for the Spring 2007 BSN program. We didnt have any entrance tests though, just based on grades. Good luck to everyone else still waiting!

Hey all, I'm new to the sight, what a great place to get information! I don't find out until April if I get in. My school goes by GPA, Hesi exam grade and how many credits you have completed out of the 29 possible. I have completed 16 and should have a GPA of 3.8 when I complete my Fall classes. So we shall see, I wish all of you luck!

Hey Roxy,

Are you going to SJDC? I'm on the "Out of Area" waiting list there (alternate #4). I got an 86 on the entrance formula, but the cut-off for out of area was 87.

Congrats to all who are IN and Good Luck to those still waiting. I cannot believe that the nursing dream is on it's way to being a reality. My school requires a step type of program whereas I take my CNA certification test in about two weeks, then after a year of school, take the LPN and then RN. In a few weeks, I will be a CNA (again).
