Anyone know if 265 questions means I passed?

I took my NCLEX yesterday for the 3rd time. It took me 5 hours and all 265 questions. I am SOOOO freaking out! Does anyone know if 265 questions is a good sign??

I will be honest with you I know people who passed at 265 and I know people who did not pass at 265. There is no way to know until the Board posts your results. Good Luck!

There is NO way to tell if you have passed by the number because it really doesn't mean a thing. I have seen it go either way. Good Luck as you await your results.:redpinkhe

i just want to ask you how many SATA and math you had out of 265?

I took the NCLEX and failed with 275 Q's and recently took it again and passed with 275 Q's! The first time I did not have many SATA questions, but when I passed, I had at least 20. I think if you had a lot of SATA then chances are you were hitting the higher level questions and you did well on the test. I know I told myself that if I didn't pass, I know I got close b/c of all the SATA questions.

I had 265 questions and passed on the first try.

A classmate has taken the NCLEX twice, had 265 questions each time, and failed both times.

You just never know.
