I thought I would start another thread about Yale GEPN. Would like to hear from anyone and everyone thats applying to the program for the fall of 2008? Its obvious that all of those that applied for the fall of this year have gotten their acceptance letters and congrats to them all, hopefully I will meet them all next year. In the meantime, I would like to hear from those going for the fall of 08. What were your major/degree in undergrad? Where are u now in the application process?

Are they sending email invites now or just because you guys emailed Angela? Also where are you guys located? I think I'll email Angela since it's impossible for me to check my mail any time soon.
I got my interview invite through email today. I'm so excited and scared at the same time...I haven't gotten the actual letter yet though. In the email the interview dates were Jan 17, 18, and 22...does anyone know whether it's all three days or just a scheduled interview for one of the three?

Hi Kensington and Ham, I am also from the Bay Area (Berkeley), but I just moved to Portland, OR.
I won't be flying out though. I asked for a phone interview since I work full-time, and am poor as dirt.
Ham, they assign you a date (I think they assign the Jan 18th date to far away folks since its Friday, but that's just a hunch). If it doesn't work for you, they will rearrange.
Oooh...I didn't know phone interviews were possible. That would be a much better option for me since it is very pricey to book airfare and hotel on such a short notice. It's good to hear that the admissions office is flexible with the interview arrangements.
Hi, everyone. Congrats on receiving interviews at Yale. I recently received an interview for the GEPN program (Pediatric specialty). I am excited to visit the campus, meet students, and just get a tour of the school's facilities. I'll be going to Yale around Jan 18th. Anyone else scheduled for an interview on that day?
