Is anyone going to put in their application this fall for Spring or Summer 2010?. I'm excited about finally getting to put in my application, I'll be attending the August 1st info session and be applying for the summer session. I will still be taking pre-reqs in the spring and I was so relieved when I found out I don't have to have everything finished to apply. My GPA is currently 4.0 and I should (I hope!) be able to keep that up until next spring. I'll be done all my sciences at the end of this summer semester and only have a couple math, a history and a pile of social sciences to do (music appreciation anyone!). The admission essay is making me nervous, but I have lots of time to work on it - I hope my GPA helps me out and they don't rely on essay alone.
I'd love to be in contact with anyone looking to get into CU.
BTW - I was going to go to DSN, but changed my mind since I decided to retake some old classes, and since we're paying for our own kids to go to college at the same time, needed to keep the cost down.

Mine usually comes around 4-5. I have been keeping an eye out here so I will get a 'hint' if it's there or not. I'm plugging away at a logic paper today that's due on Monday, I'd much rather be cleaning my house! (Even sticking pins in my eyes would be better than doing this horrible paper! LOL)
Mine doesn't come until around 4ish. Still nothing yet. I really hope it does come today. What would all of you do? I am going out of town tomorrow for a week, but my husband has to work so he's staying home. If it comes while I'm gone, should I wait til I get home to open it, or have him open it and read it to me over the phone?
Well folks... my letter came today, and I'm on the call list. Boo. I'm confused about the whole Spring 2011 term deal though. I wonder if they admitted anyone to that term yet or not??? Chin up... you never know what will happen.
Cdids, sorry to hear that. Call list is better than no list.. you never know. I was wondering about the spring 2011 deal too. Kinda strange if we only find out about the summer. Did your letter say anything about that?

In fact I am going to spend this weekend taking one hard, last look at my school choices, but as it currently stands, my heart is set on Regis, so there might be a spot opening up for a waitlister I am sure there will be a few students who won't be able to make it to CU for various reasons.

Personally, I'd rather know right away, so I'd say have him open it. If it is more important to you to physically do it yourself, then wait.

Congratulations!! I am confused though, did you apply for Spring 2011 or did you apply for Summer 2010? I thought only the summer '10 spots were being given out (my acceptance is for the accelerated summer '10 program).
