Anybody here hoping to get accepted to DeKalb Technical College Fall 2010?

Just wondering if anyone here is trying for a spot at Dekalb Tech this fall?

We are supposed to hear whether or not we are accepted by May 28th....so nervous!:idea:

Yes...I saw the same exact thing. When I was there, I saw a total of only 4, including myself that actually passed. I spoke with one of the nursing instructors there, she told me that acceptance emails/letters will be out no later than the 28th.

Hi everyone..I just got my acceptance letter from Dekalb Tech for the fall..Im really excited . I was just trying to find out if anyone else got accepted for the fall...I heard since we are changing to semesters it is a little more work...but i am soo ready :~)

Yeah I am pretty mad!:devil: I feel so upset because not everyone is super book smart and a non-anxiety test taker. I just so happen to be one of those "C" nurses..........ya know.......one hell of a nurse in real life....but not so "straight "A" nurse. I am very happy for the people that made it though, I just hope they give it their all! Oh well.......I am thinking about going to GPC, Gorden college or Southern Crescent and there they select 60ish students with highest gpa and teas....twice a year!! Sounds a bunch better then 25!. I am already enrolled at GPC....but they are going to make me start ALL my learning support maths over again! So I have heard that we are going to get to test again in the fall but my stupid "not selected letter" said spring or summer of next year.........which one is it? I so am so confused with DEKALB TECH!!!! Anyways, has anyone heard of Bauder College PN program? They dont make you do core classes.....and its like 55 weeks long......sounds to easy....thats why I was wondering if anyone has done it, or known someone who has.

Oh dont worry, I wont give up! I am lucky to have even passed the TEAS the first time around....as well as everyone else. I actually got a chance to speak to my nirsing advisor and it made me glad to know I didnt make it by a hair. I was so close actually, but I am going to strive much harder next time and I am going to use this time to focus on my weak points. But once again congrats to you all!! Please keep in touch with us and tell us about the program!!
